Dr. Clark is very professional, approachable, thorough and compassionate. She's one of the best doctors I've found. My first appointment was today and she spent so much time with me. I never feel rushed; all my questions were answered and she explains things so well! I learned so much from her and I feel my health is in very capable and cared for hands. Dr. Clark knew all about my medical history as she took the time to go on the Albany Med Portal before my appointment (amazing!) I can't recommend her enough.
Dr Clark is the best
I called to see if I could get an appointment with out a referral. First person I spoke with said no, I could make an appt. After being transferred 3 times a male receptionist said no I needed a referral after he burped in my ear! No apology or an excuse me! Than he said that even if I got a referral they could not get me in until Jan 29, 2024! Very unprofessional!
