Been going here for 2+ years for gender care. My meds are always late even when i call weeks in advance then they take an additional week or two to finally approve them.

I was a patient of Dr.Leinung for about a year when I first started my transition journey, he constantly made me feel stupid, and less than. That’s not the biggest problem, however. Once my legal name change had gone through, I had informed the office and gave them new ID and INS card prior to my appointment, they still billed it under the old name cause the insurance to deny it, so I received a bill of almost $300. I never usually post anything like this but I am frustrated and nobody cares. The doctor previously sent in a script for Dexcom G7 sensors to my mail order and I have been getting them right along. And I really like them. However I just changed insurance and they are out of network. So I called Dr. Sharma's office and asked them to send a script to CVS Scotia. After a few days I got a call from CVS that my order was ready. When I got home I found out that the script was for G6 sensors and not G7. Not knowing the difference I... read more
