Dr. Bakst and his staff have provided me w excellent, thorough, and courteous care for a few years. As a former nurse I have high expectation. Dr. Bakst is a grear doctor and takes the time to answer all your questions. A very pleasant man.
Customer service is essential when you are treating people.
My concern is with the appointment scheduling as the process seems to have changed and with the medical assistant who seems to have replaced the nurse. I canceled an appointment due to illness. Before I rescheduled.I received a reminder for a 9AM appt.which I did not schedule.I never schedule appointments before 11AM as I have a condition which causes excess daytime sleep.
