The receptionist that works here in the evening is extremely rude and unprofessional. Gets easily irritated to have do basic functions of her job. She did not recognize our private health insurance, told us it was Medicaid, which it absolutely is not, then proceeded to say my wife could not be seen because they don’t take our insurance. Had me sit in a room for 1.5 hrs and finally came in at tell me it would be a few minutes longer. No one came in the whole time. I walked out.
I went here today to be seen, I had to use the bathroom but being that I need them to take a sample I tried to communicate how much longer as it had already been almost an hour. I was out a room to wait 15more minutes, until I went to look for someone to figure out when I could use the restroom as I was uncomfortable and needed to go. I was in a couple weeks ago with my 12 year old son. Since we walked in it was a great experience from Check in to check out. We saw the PA her name is Nicole. She went above and beyond and didn't just rush us out. We left and my son who was feeling under the weather said " wow I can't believe how nice she was " ..... thats a big compliment from a 12 year old :)
