I went to a WellNow that I had scheduled an appointment with; I was there for almost 2 hours past my appointment time with no chance of seeing the doctor any time soon. I left and made an appointment here at EmUrgentCare and got seen immediately! In fact, they were ready for me before I was even finished with paperwork. I have no idea why this place is rated so badly, it was quiet, clean, comfortable, and everyone was so pleasant and took me seriously. This place is the WORST!! A NURSE gave my daughter the wrong information! The PA did nothing to help my daughter and to be honest , I am starting to question why? She went there for help they told her she was fine. I took her a week later (today) told her she would be fine. I knew something was wrong!! So I took her to urgent care on Balltown and the treatment was COMPLETELY different!! They listened took their time and what do you know it was an infection she needed antibiotics for!!!! I had the best experience at this location. The Doctors/PA/Nurse/X-ray tech were so nice and accommodating. Thank you Anne for all your help. The front desk staff was super helpful as well. Would highly recommend!
