One of the best urgent care places to go. Highly recommend!!
I’ve been there three times in the past year. Very friendly and efficient. Got exactly the care I wanted. Mid-afternoon seemed quicker. My CDPHP copay was double what I pay at a regular doctor’s office.
Front desk interpersonal skills need drastic improvement. Snarky attitude and confrontation shouldn’t be their first response to anyone asking a simple question. Poor excuses for lack of doing their job properly is even more frustrating.
After waiting almost 2 hours at wellnow, I left to come here. I was back in a room within 5 mins and seen under 5 mins. Staff was fantastic.
We had a very good experience! Marcia who did our intake was fantastic! Very calming and helpful. The NP, Susaye, that we saw was also excellent, she took the time to explain everything!
