Went in July for a possible UTI. The receptionists were bordering on rude and when I handed them the paperwork I could hear them making fun of me when I went to sit down. The woman who examined me would not listen to me for most of the visit until ⟟ got very insistent. She continually asked me of it was just my period or if I was pregnant. Kaitlynn and her assistant were so friendly informative and professional. The front desk gal was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about our unexpected visit, thank you again ladies for keeping a smile on our faces!!

Worst place on earth to go. Give them.my insurance and it says on the card no copay but they want me to pay a $50 copay. I told her I have a high deductible plan and have already met the deductible and wasted I won't be seen unless I pay $50. I walked out and used the online medical site my employer offers and was done in less time than I would have waited in that dump. So much for the hippocratic oath. Its all about the money! Tried to get into a Dermatologist prior to this but was told they were booking into June. That's the only reason I went there. NP Susaye Smith prescribed a topical Rx when I asked for oral. What she prescribed was not even covered by my insurance. When I called the office to speak to her she would not let me get a word in edgewise and rudely continued with raising her voice, admonishing me even though I asked her if I could please speak.
