I had the best experience with Shannon and Michelyn! Seamless process, great communication, honest billing process/information, friendly, and professional! I went for a physical but if you need any health services without any hassle, go see them!
I didn't go to my primary since I needed care urgently and my primary wasn't availble... More than 2hrs of my time and still waiting. Hopefully, there's happy ending but right now doesn't seem that way! Will try elsewhere...
I highly recommend this place. I have always had amazing care anytime I have come to this urgent care. Rarely do I have to wait long to be seen and staff is really friendly! They usually have X-rays as well.
My first visit at the Guilderland NY Emurgent care. Shannon, at Reception, was more than helpful, as was the admitting lpn and Lauren Blaisdell PA. All very kind, professional, and helpful!
