The lady at the front desk right now is so inconsiderate and ignorant. I’m here for dental pain and can barely talk. Then she’s talking to me like I don’t understand what’s she’s saying. Mind you most likely I’m smarter than her…and then she calls to the back and starts laughing on the phone to the providers in the back talking about me like I couldn’t hear them. Extremely professional, kind, and the PA I saw was excellent and knowledgeable. I'm an RN so I was very impressed with how well run the office was and the level of expertise I encountered.
My baby is feeling much better after our visit. This was our first time coming here. The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Jacob brought us in and was very kind and attentive. He even gave a balloon, which made the visit a lot easier for her. The doctor gave us prescription and was very kind as well. Thank you for your care I appreciate it!
The receptionist was friendly. The PA, Shane, I saw was patient, kind and a good listener.
Polite staff, little-to-no wait time for walk ins, no surprise fees or extra charge for first-time patients, clean, comfortable, trustworthy. Especially compared to the scammy Priority1 across the street, Albany Med is a place I'm confident about returning to whenever needed.
