My first visit at the Guilderland NY Emurgent care. Shannon, at Reception, was more than helpful, as was the admitting lpn and Lauren Blaisdell PA. All very kind, professional, and helpful!

I called and went to the guilderland office for an X-ray , had been having upper back pain. The receptionist was professional and super kind. Got in to see PA in about 20 minutes(Susaye Smith) Susaye was a delight, sweet, professional, kind, Went over my symptoms, got an xray, And thank my lucky stars the xray did not show pneumonia . Thank you so much for making me feel at ease. My insides were doing flip flops. This Urgent care was fast, efficient and so pleasant! Truly was the fastest I have ever been in and out and experienced such pleasant staff!
