Second update: I did at long last reach the central billing contact. She tried to bully me to paying then when I showed her the actual descriptions of the billing codes, she said “the provider has to change it” The office will not pick up my calls. I also saw that the LITERAL REASON I went to the urgent care was because the specialist appointment I had booked with AlbanyMed was two months out…was tacked on to the inappropriately billed patient interaction the central billing team received.
