No one wants to be at urgent care on the Fourth of July, however, Dalia went above and beyond too assist an elderly patient To expedite being seen and Nicole had already been contacted by the time we arrived. If I could give more than five stars, I would thank you for your compassion. It seems to be sadly lacking in the healthcare world, but it was at the Coxsackie location of urgent care today.
Very nice and polite. Staff was great, the PA was very knowledgeable and kind!!!! Will continue to come here when in need. Thank you albany med urgent care!!!!
Caring, professional, and fast. I was going through a scary situation, and Felicia Roger's and staff were very attentive and made me feel safe and comfortable.
I had a great experience at Coxsackie EmUrgent Care -The whole staff is wonderful and got me in when I was feeling absolutely miserable. Felicia Rogers is excellent. I feel so much better now. :) She was very kind and gave me tests to figure the issue. Dennis was also great . Many thanks to all of you!
I was seen by Felicia Rogers and she was excellent. She was efficient, her diagnosis was spot on, and her explanations were thorough and comprehensive. Her bedside manner was welcoming and pleasant. The staff in total, were professional and courteous. My wait was long, however, a staff member came to the room I was in to check on me, apologized for the delay, explained something out of their control happened, and made it clear they valued my time.
