This place is rediculous, my husband just went there to be seen but because they dont bill out, they turned him away. They shouldn't deny anyone treatment, I thought that was against the law.

We went in earlier this week for my husband. He was bit by a tick. They did nothing but said monitor it. Protocol for tick bites it to put the person on a course of antibiotics. Now, 3 days later, he’s at his primary doctor getting treatment because they tick was obviously carrying a disease of some sort. The bite is now a rash with a bullseye. We are hoping it isn’t anything serious but there should’ve been more care Monday night from the PA who looked like he was 12 and seemed to have no idea what to do.
I've been in several times with both my children and myself and not once have I recieved a proper diagnosis. this past time I came in with body aches and severe cold symptoms that I described to them as possibly bronchitis....do you know what I was told? that I may have a blood clot so I would need to be rushed to an emergency room by ambulance. Alot of people coming in within first 15 min of opening. Good system in place and m9ved things along fairly quickly.
Came in with my mom the lady at desk has no people skills. While I'm filling out an update sheet someone comes in after her with regular health insurance she instantly takes her copay n gets her in. Now we are still sitting there for 10 more minutes waiting for her to be bothered taking her insurance card so she could be seen. If you hate your job why are you in this field?
