The secretary Jean was incredibly rude — she would not listen, repeatedly cut me off, and even sighed and huffed while I was trying to explain myself. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me shocked. If you are working with children and families, compassion and patience are absolutely essential, and this staff member showed neither. I truly hope the office reconsiders who they have answering the phones, because first impressions matter, and this one could not have been worse.

Secretary’s ignored us for about 5 minutes while we wanted to check in. And we’re very rude and miserable. Didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Doctors were nice and helped with our sons problems
