Dr. Barillas was patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. She took the time to discuss all the possible factors and make recommendations. I would highly recommend her and her office for any child in need.

Although Albany Medical Centers ER is the absolute worst ER in the capital region, the pediatrics rheumatology department is among the best. Dr. Ostrov is brilliant, as well as other employees that work on her floor. Once I eventually see an adult rheumatologist, I hope I receive the same care as they are all just so wonderful in pediatrics. Also much love to Alex, she is the best nurse I've ever had!!! She shows so much care and compassion, all the nurses should truly strive to follow her lead. She is the definition of what... read more
