No one ever answers the phone and I've called several times over the past month to get my child seen. If you experience issues with them never answering the phones then please report them to the bbb, the more voices we can give maybe they will start to be a better office

This place seems to be an absolute joke. I've been trying for 8 mths to get my daughter seen. They send paperwork and sent it back and kept saying they going to send paperwork again since claimed never received. Did this nonsense 3 times even faxed it back to them and emailed and still nothing. Keep calling and get told someone will return my call and nope that didn't happen either. Now keeps going to a dam voice-mail thing and still get no where. Place is a joke. Supposed to be there to help kids and yet obviously there not... read more

It's difficult to get an appointment initially, and you might be waiting for months. Once you're there, it's good, and they are NOT taking the approach of just trying to medicate away challenging behaviors. That being said, when you need a refill on meds, the phone system is not set up to accept calls for refills outside their normal hours even though you're talking to a voicemail. The nurses are good about returning calls.
