Dr. German saw my mom when she was at Albany Med. We went to his office for a 3 week check after she got out. She is 86 years old, many health issues including IBS and bowel incontinence. They kept us waiting an hour and a half in exam room. I went out 3x to inform them that she could no longer sit and was lightheaded from not eating before her appointment in fear of an IBS attack. No one ever came in the room so we left. No apology or explanation. So unprofessional and disrespectful of patients. We will never go back.
Walked in had surgery and after a year I still can't walk.also can't control urine...and still have back pain.

8 years ago I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I had breast cancer previously, and unfortunately, this tumor in the brain was a direct result of the breast cancer. I was terrified to see the least! I couldn’t have asked for better surgeon/doctor to treat me. He is professional and took the time to explain everything not only to me to My family.
