Dr. Dirisio is a phenomenal neurosurgeon. On a Tuesday in 2024 He ordered an MRI...by Friday he operated on L3-4-5 & 6. When I first saw him I couldn't walk, use my hands or lift my arm. It took 31/2 months of in house rehab then then another 6 Mos. of outpatient rehab. It was a tough battle. And a miracle....I am now 90 % of what I was thanks to Dr. Dirisio. Communication with his office is outrageous....time to correct this. The Portal did work better.
They don't call anyone back, regardless of how much of a detailed message you leave them. I'm not a new patient of this address, I have all of my information they need there. Past radiological reports etc. Medical secretary is horrendous.
