I was referred to Dr. Bunch by my PCP. A referral and supporting documentation was sent to Dr. Bunch's office by my PCP. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told that she was the wrong provider for my referral by her receptionist who is apparently more of a medical expert than my PCP. I was told, after explaining to a receptionist private HIPPA information in my family history why I was referred here, and she told me that I may have to see another provider in this practice. I was referred to Dr Bunch by my epileptologist for further evaluation/consultation. I was instantly impressed with her knowledge and we were put at ease with her compassion and demeanor. Fast forward to my inpatient stay. Not all went according to plan, yet she continued to impress me with her knowledge and her ability to allow me to focus on what could be obtained through my visit and testing while there. Dr. Bunch is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She is clearly an expert at what she does and makes you feel very at ease. Highly recommend!
