Worst experience with a medical group ever! They don't return phone calls and don't review the MRI or your chart prior to your visit. I waited 4 months meet with Dr Amory only to be pawned off to a student, who reviewed nothing prior to the visit. The Dr and group were recommended by my radiologist because we thought I had a tumor growing in the outer layer of my brain. I am still waiting for the Dr to contact me back after my visit on 9/1/23, i am writing this on 10/16/23. There is no concern or care for their patient .
My daughter had an MRI and Lumbar Puncture done yesterday. Today she started screaming and vomiting and not doing well. We took her to the ER and I called the Nero office twice and spoke to someone and never got a return call from a nurse or the doctor. Shows me they don’t care about their patients. Dr. Amory was her Doctor. Just tried to call again for the thisrd time and they’re closed till Monday.
