First of all it takes forever to get someone to answer the phone in this office! I have made quite a few calls, and have been on hold for a minimum if 30 minutes each call. They never call with results of bloodwork, MRIs etc. They also don't send results to your PCP or patient portal. Now let's get to the Dr. Himself.... I have never met a Dr. that is so awful! I havent seen Dr Gerber in years because he moved. I am shocked reading the reviews on him. Something has definately changed with him. He was one of the most caring Drs I have ever seen and worked with. This isvwjy the nurses and other Drs at the hospital we worked at told me to go to him. The first Dr I saw was awful and treated me wirh the wrong steroid leaving me with permanent vision loss.I have MS and more than once Dr Gerber went to bat for me when my job said I went on vaca while I was out on a leave that he put me on... read more
