In mid July Dr. Dirisio and his staff surgically repaired my fractured cervical 6 & 7 vertibrae. His staff and the Alb Med Trauma Team provided outstanding professional care.
Dr. Steindler talked down to me and talked over me throughout my evaluation. He also fat-shamed me, which is unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m looking for a medical professional to aid me in understanding and treating my complicated issues, not a narcissistic provider who refuses to help and prefers to listen to the sound of his own voice. The office staff was friendly and professional.
