We had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to Dr. Jennifer Pollard. From the moment my wife walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Went for 1st time to get blood drawn, on a Thursday, Nov 2, 2023. When receptionist finally showed up at her desk, told me lab isn't open and probably won't be until possibly Monday. Once I looked around the waiting room, I was disgusted. Most of the seats looked like picture below. These particles were everywhere. Does anyone who works there even care about the presentation of the place?? Simply disgusting, I'll never go back!
Trash, absolute trash, My 3 year old son that has been in and out of the hospital for respiratory reasons, scheduled a follow up, and refused us because he wouldn't wear a mask, the kid is three years old, he still does not understand the concept and obviously kids with very bad asthma cant wear one. First time going there, I had a neurology appointment at this location. The staff that were wearing masks aren’t wearing them properly (hanging under their noses) the rest aren’t even wearing masks at all. Doctor was very dismissive said curtly why are you here and had no knowledge of my prior health issues. Apparently had no knowledge of a huge cyst in my brain. I left feeling anything but cared for.
