I lived in these apartments for 3 years. The rent has gone up due to some fixing up of the place on the outside and to some of the units on the inside. Rent is way to high for these small units. You also pay for water on top of that. The buildings are older and they have a problem with mold. The grounds are not well kept. On the good side this place has gone down in crime since the area is under cameras at all times.
