Lourdes, the manager is rude, and does not communicate. My $1,300 was kept after I was repeatedly asked to sign a lease way before my move in date. Still waiting for them to take national grid out of my name. Again, for an apartment I never moved into. Apartments have a nice esthetic. Way too costly for the lack of customer service and follow up.
I’ll say just call cod enforcement if you need any help or if it’s any problem these people won’t help you fix anything nor help you get in touch with your landlord
I’ve been in my apartment with Albany Management since June of 2024. There have been a few growing pains throughout the process, but overall I am satisfied with my place. This morning I had the biggest scare ever. A smoke filled home with a baby in it. My oven had an electrical issue. I text Albany Management (new owners) before 7am. They responded as soon as the doors opened. No questions asked.. & they replaced my old stove with a brand new one within a few hours. The property manager is full of it. She never answers the phone no matter how many times you call. You have to go through accounting to get ahold of anyone cuz she’s the only one that answers or helps in any way
I absolutely love Albany management. Before moving into one of their properties i was homeless and living in a hotel with my son. This company worked with me to find an amazing home for me and my child and changed our lives for the better. When everyone else said no or looked at my circumstances as blocks in my road to success and stability they saw it as a roadway to something greater for me and my son.
