Until today, I had a great experience with Albany Management Group. I live with them for five years but when it’s time to move out, I don’t care how much of the deposit is they gonna take it all I’ll let you know now because they’re gonna charge us $1500 to repaint they can charge you $1500 for minor repairs so you actually get charged even more You gonna get charged double the amount my apartment was in good condition no holes Everything was clean out. Lived at 800 Broadway. Loved the location for walking to bars and downtown Albany! Also very convenient having a gas station right across the street. Selma in accounting was amazing and helped me with any problems I had with my apartment. She was always attentive and replied back to me in a timely fashion. She makes sure you are taken care of.
