STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I went to my apartment today at Park Ave and I found furniture has been pre maturely moved in to get ready for the owner’s Airbnb. They did not give me notice that they would be entering my apartment. My lease is not ending until November 25th and I have not even had a move out inspection yet. I have been a tenant for over 2 years almost 3. The management group is supposed to be affordable housing meaning that they agree to withhold certain standards which they do not. The laundry has NEVER been cleaned or sanitized having feces in the machines. Work orders for repairs are ignored. My housing is paid for through Veteran Housing services no portion owed by me. Be wary, especially new apartment seekers. When we first applied, the PM said that the owner requested we security, first months and last months rent, I refused. I didn’t know that it was illegal then, but boy did they try to get that $! Never received my security deposit back after having to break my lease (I was 8 months pregnant and they moved me into a known rat infested house).
