The staff here are great. Especially big bearded man. Always friendly service and a loan car when needed!
Customer service at Kia in Albany is absolutely atrocious and has been for quite some time. I absolutely understand the business having no space to be able to drop a vehicle off the afternoon prior to the appointment, however what is not appreciated is the attitude from the customer service department and how rude they were when asking a simple request. The service manager is accommodating and very easy to deal with, which is the only redeeming factor for that branch.
