I purchased a transformer from them on ebay where they used the company name of Electrical Surplus and More. They had the transformer listed as New in the box. When I received the transformer i confirmed the label on the box and did not open it as it was listed as new and in the box. We finally opened the transformer 10 days past the 30 day money back guarantee from Ebay and we noticed that they packaged a different transformer that had been used and not the correct voltage.
