Receptionists on front desk and on the phone are always helpful and I never feel there’s a question I can’t ask as they’re really understanding and friendly. I find the anima online booking system good, I always manage to get an appointment now since they put it in place. They’re always good with my son who has disabilities.
I think the reciptionist are rude, I suffer with mental health issues, and I’m disletic , i explained that to one of the ladies, I’m not sure what her name is , but she was very rude. I explained to her that i have to work and can’t get in to sort out my prescription, and she kept saying there was nothing she could do, at then put the phone . She was rude , and no help what so ever. Kind regards mr Edwards

Cant get any appointment over 3month now. Only online bookings in the morning but u cant if at work. Reception doesnt understand this issue. Send me away again, they not helpfull at all. Joke place
