I bought a Tank300 from this dealership — and it has been a nightmare. The vehicle suffered a complete brake system failure (imagine if this had happened in a populated area!). It was sent to a Perth dealership for repairs, with an estimated timeline of up to 8 weeks — we are currently 4 weeks in. No courtesy car or replacement has been provided. Unless you are buying a new car from them, don't bother. Not customer friendly towards elderly. Manager needs some lessons in customer service. He is only interested in how much he can gouge out of you.
Professional service, friendly sales people who are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They made purchasing a new car a straight forward and enjoyable experience. So happy with my new Jolion, highly recommend these guys.
