Good friendly service
Worst customer service I’ve had! The manger is rude and a lier. Would not recommend purchasing a car from here! Even the staff have all left. Too many issues. Do not recommend. Only positive is the mechanic is a lovely person who acctually cares.
No updates. No courtesy. No clue. GWM customer service really said ‘not my problem.’
I bought a Tank300 from this dealership — and it has been a nightmare. The vehicle suffered a complete brake system failure (imagine if this had happened in a populated area!). It was sent to a Perth dealership for repairs, with an estimated timeline of up to 8 weeks — we are currently 4 weeks in. No courtesy car or replacement has been provided.
