After two week of not being able to eat a thing and severe debilitating pain I got an emergency appointment with Dr. Gianetti. I had a work up of my gallbladder last year but my primary care doctor told me that this pain was likely gallstones (worse when I eat fat, etc). The doctors are nice very helpful and caring. I have been calling since 9am left 2 voice mails with the nurse and get told Friday’s are busy. What’s the point of calling a nurse when you need to speak with somebody?
Love my Doctor and the phlebotomists there are excellent, but his nurse and the other office staff at this office are so unorganized and extremely rude. I've been on a prescription for over a year and everything was running smoothly until the past two refills. My prescription was requested by my mail order pharmacy on multiple occasions and the office did not respond to the requests. Twice in a row now I have run out of meds because of this. I try to stick with holistic, natural medicine as much as possible. It is refreshing to find mainstream practitioners that accept and support this desire. Instead of being brushed aside, they are knowledgeable and accepting of “out of the box” interventions provided they are safe and working for the patients.
The receptionist are rude. They advertise there's a Clifton park office but when you call to make an appt they tell you that you can't be seen out of that office. I do not want to have to travel 40 minutes. I will be looking for a new practice to go to. Also waited 10 minutes on hold for "Amy" to answer the phone and be rude.
The doctors are great but the schedulers, not so much. I've been waiting for over a month for a return phone call after they sent me a letter telling me to call.
Need help trying to find a number to set up a colonoscopy.........having a terrible time getting to someone - any thoughts ??
