I have seen two doctors there and one nurse practitioner, all have taken the time to answer my questions clearly without hesitation. Every staff member I have had contact with has been kind and professional. I would have no hesitation to reccomend them to family and friends and I will be returning there. 5 of 5 stars for my rating!!!!

Dr. Fiorenza is the best doctor I've ever had. And I've always had a great experience with all of their staff, from the administrative to nurses. I briefly moved out of the area, and though I liked my other gastro doc and his staff--I'm very happy to be back to AGC.
courteous, efficient staff from check in to check out..which by the way was on time no long wait.
I highly recommend Albany Gastro. for anyone that expects to receive EXCELLENT PATIENT CARE. I have been a patient there for 5 years (off and on) and COULD NOT find the care that I received there after being seen in other places including out of State. They have helped me FIND the SOLUTION to my issues as well as addressing them. They REALLY DO CARE ABOUT PEOPLE.☺

My experience with the group is beyond phenomenal, Dr Gerson is a well recommended Doctor, his nurse practitioner are all great people, the schedulers are the best at what they do.
