Their scheduling department maybe needs to be re-educated on how to leave their bad days at the door and not act inconvenienced and/or annoyed by a patients phone call.
The doctors and staff are great.
Dr Uzillia Saved my Life and is now taking care of 4 other of my family - I could not recommend him highly enough - The office is large and you need to have patience at times as waiting is never fun, but the medical care is the best and I have never not been taken care of.
Today was my first time visiting this office to see Dr. Uzzilia. Upon arrival there were several people waiting to be checked in and quite a few people waiting in the waiting room. I immediately thought that I was going to be waiting forever in the waiting room. I don't think I sat for more than 10-15 minutes before I was called, and I wasn't waiting much more than 10 mins for Dr. U to come into the room.
