Fantastic customer service, my vehicle was returned clean and the service and repairs completed in a timely manner.
We are travelling around Aus in our new ford super duty and stopped in for the 15000 service, the entire process was effortless and I hope all services are this easy when we continue our trip. The team also dropped the family in town and picked us up at the end of the day and dropped us back to the service.
Bought a used Everest unseen. Tyler was excellent and provided all needed info and photos for reassurance as we were travelling from Toodyay. Extremely happy.
i was passing through for a few days and has an issue with my ranger drive pulley, the team were extremely helpful finding time to help me (even though it was already extremely busy) they found the issue, provided a heap of detail around it, photos and all. they didn't have the part in stock but arranged it to come in first this next day fitted it for us quite quickly.
