I can’t not give 5 stars, I can’t think of a fault. Parking was tight I guess but that didn’t warrant the loss of a star.

Albany ford went above my needs as they fitted my car in for a service as we are travelling and only stay in one not long . The service from staff Anable and Lee with both the service and follow up after the service was very please and I would recommend them to all travellers .I thank them for their personal approach to their customers

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. I had to call three separate times just to book my vehicle in for a service. I then paid $1,508 for the service, only to have several issues caused by the work that was carried out. Two bolts were left out of the underbody bash plate, causing it to rattle. The air-conditioning drain was blocked, which resulted in water leaking into the cabin from both sides when the heater or air conditioner was running. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. To begin with, the red-haired staff member at the front counter was rude and unhelpful.
