Dr. Brian was great. I was able to get an appointment quickly when many other providers in the area had a two month waitlist. I was seen the week of Christmas and Dr. Brian called me the next day as he promised to review my X-rays. The front desk staff was so polite. I was very impressed with this clinic, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a podiatrist in Corvallis or Albany.
I am thoroughly pleased with the treatment and advice I received from Dr. Ashdown. He's very knowledgeable and took his time to take care of my problem. I'm glad to know he's available for the future. He's a super nice and thoughtful gentleman!
Saw dr ashdown right before his vacation. Had a test done while he was gone. Result was to order another test. After calling several times with promises to get back with me - I never got a call back nor was test ordered before long July 4th weekend. Very bad customer service for a one man office. Won't be going back. Came to emergency room to get help
I was surprised at the negative reviews, as my husband and I have had nothing but excellent service from both the staff, and Dr Ashdown. I would highly recommend them to anyone with foot problems.
Everyone in the office was very kind and friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable about feet. He listened and gave appropriate treatments for my foot issues.
