Beyond impressed with the experience that I had at Albany Flowers and Gifts! Throughout the entire process of talking about what arrangement I wanted, when I needed it delivered, and the delivery to my home, the staff and owner went above and beyond to facilitate what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful arrangement or nicer people. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your flower needs!
As the owner rudely said “ I welcome your review” here it is-I had a flower arrangement sent to me with a specific delivery date since I was out of town. They decided to deliver birthday flowers 4 days before the delivery date, when the delivery girl arrived she called me and I said I was out of town, she asked me what to do I said I don’t know I am out of town.
