The team at this office is wonderful. Dr Jordan Kassoff is a very good doctor. My family recommends him to all our friends.
This review has nothing to do with Dr. Kassoff, it’s about how unprofessional the person was scheduling the appointments. I’m not sure if it was just a receptionist or one of the techs that answered the phone but this person should not be allowed on the phones or have any contact with patients whatsoever. My daughter called with an emergency, she was upset and her voice shaky, clearly distraught and this person was cold, abrupt, disrespectful and had no empathy for what my daughter was going through which could have resulted... read more
The MD's might be 'the best' but I'll never know because the receptionist was THE WORST !!

Dr. Kassoff did an absolutely excellent job with my Lasik surgery. He and his assistant, Amanda, explained the process, options and etc., very clearly and carefully. The reading materials they provided were really helpful, not sales material. The surgery and recovery went exactly as they had indicated, with great success.
