My husband called yesterday at 4:30 for an urgent appointment, Mark called back immediately and made an appointment for this morning at 10:50. Check in was smooth, Mike the tech was very pleasant and thorough, as was Dr. Patel. Overall a great visit, everyone very calm and professional.
I couldn’t even get into the practice because their office was so behind even though my referral was sent a month prior to my call. A shame.
My first visit was a good experience. The staff at the front desk was so nice and made me feel very welcome. Dr. Andrea Kassoff was very knowledgeable, and she made me feel like I had been a patient of hers for years. She was very sweet. The optician in the Optical office was also very helpful and answered questions I had about my new prescription. I will be returning to purchase new sunglasses. It’s a very well managed and friendly practice!
I had been seeing another Optometrist for the last 20 years, and recently changed to Albany Eye Associates on recommendation from a friend. I had a very thorough eye exam with Dr. Goldberg for my first visit. She was very friendly and professional. She gave me a new prescription for glasses, and I got glasses from Morgan at the Optical shop. My new glasses came in earlier than promised, and this is the best prescription I have ever had.
