Wonderful experience. Centrally located. Ample parking. Kind n friendly frontdesk. Smiley n experienced nurse. Dr Adam was gentle, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. As a parent, will love to go back.

If I could, I would not give any stars. Here's why; ~ Previously, I had written a positive review as I felt pressured to make a review. At the end of my appointments, Dr A. Kadri would linger by the door and persuade me to write a review. This occurred frequently, to the extent I was questioned whether I had left a review or not at the end of each expected appointment. ~ Approximately 4-6 months ago, I went in with concern of my wisdom teeth erupting. I had two dental appointments with Dr Ockert Botha, I hadn't been to the dentist in many many years so naturally I was nervous and scared of what he was going to think of my teeth, however he just went ahead and did his job. Dr Ockert was able to provide me with a plan for my teeth and I would recommend him 100% for your next dentist visit, he is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole session, he is very professional and treats his patience with the utmost respect. Albany dentistry were really nice and Adam my dentist was exceptionally good, honestly he changed my view on dental visit being scary and took the time to pre treat the injection sites so the injections were painless, only dentist I have seen who takes that time and care.
