Lovely, considerate, and empathetic staff from reception all the way through to the recovery room and discharge. Professional, accommodating, and understanding every step of the day. Thank you team, you made a very anxious person very comfortable and cared for.
From Start to finish i couldn’t fault at . admission was very friendly and professional . then great help getting Ready. then off to Tom and the crew for the opp only a small procedure , again could not fault in any way all was explained and felt very comfortable throughout. then to wake up and have an excellent coffee ☕️ or two and a very fresh sandwich 🥪 before leaving, Highly recommended if you ever need anything there. 5 STARS for sure
I had my wisdom teeth removed today at the Day Hospital and I was well looked after by the staff and felt comfortable through the whole procedure. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. Thank you to Dr Franc Henze, Dr Philip Marmion, Debbie, Cortnie, and all of the lovely friendly RN's, EN's and administration staff. Greatly appreciated. ☺️
I had a carcinoma removed from my scalp. The staff provide a friendly and efficient service and made the whole procedure as pleasant as it could be, even the sandwich and cuppa were better than most cafes serve. We are very lucky to have this place in Albany.
