Very kind service, but did not identify the problem with my Ram. They said to bring it back when my engine light comes on, however I am 40 minutes away and the light goes off when I turn off the engine. I can't drop what I am doing when the vehicle acts up and I never know when the light will come on. So, I paid over $100 to have diagnostics ran for no solution.
My brother brought his Dodge Durango to this dealership for a recall repair related to the radio system. You would think something as straightforward as a recall service would be handled correctly, especially since the manufacturer issues those recalls for safety and reliability reasons.
