A big "Thank You" to Joe Trimarchi and his PT staff. I had left rotator cuff surgery in May and three months later shoulder movement is nearly at 90 percent. After successful PT six years ago on my right shoulder, I did not hesitate to contact Joe for treatment. Right shoulder is at 100 percent and with continued exercise I'm sure my left shoulder will be the same. Thanks Joe!!😀😀😀

the staff are a great group of people. the ladies at the front desk are always so kind and there to help! they are the first impression of the place and they give a great one. the trainers are awesome, a team dedicated to helping others become healthy and get back to a normal lifestyle! without this place I'd still be a couch potato. first of all I started going to and I hate mentioning any names let's just say a place in East Greenbush and they spent five minutes massaging me and left me with a heating pad no tens no nothing and left me in the room and came in 15 minutes later and said it was time to go so I stopped going there and I went online and I found your place or the doctors are awesome and the whole group is awesome and I go there just for entertainment sometimes because we laughed so hard through our pain which is helping our spirits and easin... read more
ACPT is just so wonderful. The staff are all so personable and address everyone on a first name basis. They worked with me to help me get back to normal after an ankle injury and help with my back and neck issues. I absolutely recommend them to ANYONE.
