The office manager is very disrespectful to my PCP. My insurance now requires a referral through them and she decided to call and be extremely rude as my PCP office. That is ridiculous. PCP has more to worry about than a specialist office. I’m totality pissed about this. I’m not a patient yet here but will lot be a patient here. I found a better place. To the manager of this practice: You need to be retrained on patient care but professionalism.
I had a great experience and and am very hopeful they can address my chronic back and hip pain. I'm a new patient and was greeted warmly. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I only had to wait 5 days for an appointment which these days is nothing short of a miracle. It's highly handicapped accessible. So far my experience has been good and will recommend them.

This practice operates like a well oiled machine. Vanessa makes the experience seamless when at the appointment for the injection. Thank you for providing me significant relief for one of my intense chronic pain areas. I look forward to more opportunities for pain relief.
