Jim and Zack are pretty cool guys who were super helpful! I found their prices to be very competitive and service was great! They squeezed my job in on a weekend with one of their installers since I was doing a flip project and had a tight timeline. I will be using them again.
From the moment I walked into the store I was met with friendly and helpful people who were happy to assist, but never pushy. Jake helped us as we chose carpet and pad, and made the whole process go quickly and smoothly. We had an excellent experience with Albany Carpet One and would highly recommend them!
So pleased with my experience with this company. The quality of the carpet was great. Brandon who was my point person was excellent. Had a couple minor issues and he went above and beyond to make perfect! Highly recommend.
Integrity and professionalism is the best way I can describe our experience with Albany Carpet One. These guys went above and beyond. We purchased both carpet and LVP flooring and had them installed. Additionally, we had a matching area rug made and bound as well. Brandon in sales was very honest and knowledgeable. Jake the store manager worked with us to iron out issues that occurred with our flooring that were beyond anyone's control.
