Had a good new patient appointment with Dr. Wallace but the good times ended there. Dr. Wallace prescribed a medication that is necessary in assisting a medical condition I had, but when insurance initially denied it due to her prescribing too low a dosage, I was unable to get any follow up help on appealing or prescribing at the correct dosage.
