Very frustrating experience with this office. I had to repeatedly follow up to ensure my claim was submitted to my insurance company. Despite emailing my insurance information two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation that it was received, the office later claimed they only got it two weeks afterward. Just got my braces off. The whole experience was flawless. The team that worked on me at each appointment were absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about the Albany Braces team!! Thank you for everything!!
