I guess I will begin with my first experience with them. I took my rav 4 to another shop because it was overheating and they told me to get it out of their lot bc the head gasket is done and they don’t fix that. Out of desperation I got it towed to Albany battery and was told it was the radiator, they changed that and it was still overheating. So they changed the thermostat I probably brought my car there about 4 times total for that one issue before they offered to buy it and I used that money to get a new car. Fast forward... read more
