The service here was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they didn’t care at all about the customer. On top of that, the work was done poorly and I felt cheated on the price. Truly disappointing from start to finish.

This was hands down the worst service experience I’ve ever had. He be rude, arrogant, and acted like they didn’t care if I was a customer or not. They treated me with zero respect and made me feel like my business didn’t matter at all. If you value your money and don’t want to be disrespected, stay far away from this place!

I wish I hired a tow truck to Chicago instead! My commercial truck broke down with a faulty A/C and a tensioner belt. At first, Michael and Linda seemed kind and courteous. They offered to diagnose it, refill the A/C and send me on my way for a mere hour of labor. However, once we figured out that the A/C needs to be replaced, I decided to use them instead of resorting to the official dealership, due to their perceived effectiveness. As a customer, I expect clear communication and fair billing, but unfortunately this shop provided neither. The initial agreement was not respected, and in the end I was charged a significantly higher amount than discussed. When I tried to resolve the issue, I received no proper response or accountability. This kind of conduct is unacceptable in any business. I cannot recommend this shop to others and feel it’s only fair to warn potential customers.
