This is regarding the appointment setting process only. I spoke with receptionist: Shameka, and she had excellent customer service. She was patient and helpful even when I was all over the place with my questions. Sadly it’s become rare to receive good customer service even in healthcare. I appreciate it when it’s given.
Great staff up front when I'm there. But overall, I can't ever get a call back and I'm constantly battling about billing issues. The NP I was seeing there left and won't be coming back as her replacement is subpar.
