I have been getting rescheduled for MONTHS. Mind you, I have to wait at least a week to even get seen. They always cancel my appointment either the day before or the day of. They have no consideration for patients time and schedules. They also don’t take your concerns serious and look at you as a number. I had an ultrasound done, which turned out to be the wrong ultrasound procedure scheduled, so I had to wait weeks for another one that should have already been done. I HATE coming here. 0 stars literally. It’s alwaysss something and i can never just come in and out. No matter when my appointment is i’m waiting for hours in the waiting room, then another hour in the exam room before anyone ever comes in. Nobody has time for all that.

This doctor office takes so long, they will tell you to arrive 15mins early and you still will end up leaving after 2 hours. They should stip scheduling so many people at one time because this is SAD. If I could change my dr I would.

I went here after moving from Columbus for treatment and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m trying to get treatment and the doctor Laura pulled up a medical recommendation report on her phone while im visibly upset and in tears. She denied to do anything else . The receptionist is rude. I walked to the other facility to speak to the head person, I spoke to someone and she acted as if she understood what I needed and was told he’d contact me. I was never contacted by him.
