I had an appointment here on April 15, 2026 and Nurse Practitioner Jamila Newsome was supposed to have sent two prescriptions to a local pharmacy, however after calling the pharmacy about my prescription and they saying they never received it , I’ve been trying to contact the receptionist at Miriam Worthy for two weeks and they don’t answer the phone. Constantly picking up the phone and hanging it up is so unprofessional. Y’all just let anybody work in the doctors office it’s pathetic.
I have been getting rescheduled for MONTHS. Mind you, I have to wait at least a week to even get seen. They always cancel my appointment either the day before or the day of. They have no consideration for patients time and schedules. They also don’t take your concerns serious and look at you as a number. I had an ultrasound done, which turned out to be the wrong ultrasound procedure scheduled, so I had to wait weeks for another one that should have already been done.
