I have been dealing with Albany Air a long, long time. I had been getting static from everyone about putting in a unit that I wanted, Albany Air listened, we agreed to a deal, they got a new unit in and hauled away the old junk in about three days. I have had a maintenance agreement with them every since, going on 55 years, I have never, let me repeat that, never had any issues with them. They put me in a brand new 2.5 ton carrier unit and I received 4 quotes from their local competitors and they beat the price of all them. Tony Buck was the salesman and he was great to work with. He gave me a fair price and his service men were on time and efficient and got me cold air quick. From the first call, the ladies on the phone are so helpful, until the installation was final it was a seamless transaction. Bo Moore came out and gave us a bid.
