The HVAC annual maintenance was performed by Derrick. He was very professional and patient while explaining what he was doing and the overall condition of the system.

This company certainly provided the service one would expect from a reputable entity. However, having this expensive repair five years after the installation of this Carrier system is very disappointing. Lesson learned.
