I am extremely picky about my shirts, and when we first moved to this area of Norfolk three years ago, I took 2 shirts to five different cleaners to see who did the best job. Albano was dramatically superior and I have been taking my shirts and dry cleaning to them ever since. (We ended up buying a house in Portsmouth, but I still bring my cleaning to 22nd Street even though Albano's Portsmouth location is closer.)
