I am a current tenant of this company and regret leasing from them. My rent is drafted and paid every month without ANY issues since I signed my lease years ago. This company is the definition of a slumlord. The building I am in has had many roof issues, every spot in the shopping center has leaks. Their maintenance personally told me of the issues on the roof and how other spots have buckets to catch water when it rains.
