If this place could be rated a zero that's what I would put. I paid the company $1300+ dollars in November 2021 to address a rodent issue I was having in my house. They met my super to pull out appliances, etc. and somehow the rodents were still there after the service was completed. Fast forward to a scheduling nightmare with their phone operator who is unprofessional, rude, and does not call back. It took me until JUNE 2022 to get someone sent back out to review the apartment.
