Unfortunately today’s visit solidifies my fear of having dental work done. The doctor was very short and abrupt. I would have wished for a little more warmth and reassurance and kindness. Zero communication while the procedure was underway I understand these things are not generally pleasant, but it would have made all the difference to me to have some compassion and reassurance shown to me. I had an excellent experience at Albanese Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Albanese and his team are the very BEST!!! They were kind, very good at what they were doing and so friendly. I felt at ease the entire time. The whole team Melissa, Alyssa and Maria are wonderful. They make something that you think might be unpleasant be actually quite pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
I went to them 3 weeks ago, and had my wisdom tooth extracted. Everything was great. The reception, the doctor, and the nurse were all very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
I called you today more than 15 times and no one answered. They just gave me a voice message! So why do you give your own phone number and not answer it?! This is evidence of poor customer service. I do not recommend this clinic. I will look for another dental clinic that answers the phone directly and has good customer service.
