Building is very nice, The doctor was easy to talk to, everyone there was very friendly and nice also they really took their time to numb the area before the needle. 10/10 would recommend
I had an excellent experience at Albanese Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Albanese and his team are the very BEST!!! They were kind, very good at what they were doing and so friendly. I felt at ease the entire time. Alyssa and Maria at the front desk are wonderful. The whole team makes something that you think might be unpleasant be actually quite pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend!!!
Unfortunately today’s visit solidifies my fear of having dental work done. The doctor was very short and abrupt. I would have wished for a little more warmth and reassurance and kindness. Zero communication while the procedure was underway I understand these things are not generally pleasant, but it would have made all the difference to me to have some compassion and reassurance shown to me.
